SCHS Annual Luncheon w/ Andrea Proctor

This year the SCHS luncheon will be held at the same venue as last year, the Spring Street Pub and Grill. Our guest speaker will be Andrea Proctor, who is charge of Waterloo Village for the state. She will be speaking about the work that is going on at Waterloo Village in terms of stabilization and opening up buildings to the public and the different programs that are being run that are bringing in over 12,000 students per year to the village.
